Valerie Aurora has 10 years of experience in Linux/UNIX operating
system design and development, specializing in file systems. Some
highlights:
- Lead architect and developer for chunkfs
- Architect and developer for Solaris ZFS
- Developed and debugged ext2, ext3, chunkfs, ZFS, NFS, UFS, VxFS, GPFS, and more
- World-wide expert in file system design and repair
- Maintained multiple Linux kernel drivers and platforms
- Founder, program chair, or committee member for many conferences,
including USENIX File Systems and Storage Technology (FAST), Linux
